How It Works
Format: 90-day or 180-day program, typically 1-2 sessions per month with support available between sessions

Complete your 5 Voices Assessment and leadership reflection to set personal growth goals.

Identify communication patterns and apply shared language to improve collaboration and team trust.
Apply (Practice)
Use new tools in your real work environment, e.g., meetings, conversations, and decision-making. We’ll debrief as a group to anchor learning.
