Clarity, Alignment, and the 5 Voices
Q: How do I know if my organization has a “design” problem?
A: If your team is hitting targets but your leaders are exhausted, or if you have smart people who can’t align on priorities, you have a design problem. The effort is there, but the structure (clarity of roles and communication) is flawed. We help fix that design.
Q: How is this different from other consultants or coaching programs?
A: No theory or buzzwords. Ever. I bring 25 years of practical leadership experience and the 5 Voices framework—a proven, simple system that gives your team tools they can use today. This is about progress over perfection, not paper reports.
Q: I’m not sure if I need 1:1, team, or cohort coaching. Where should I start?
A: That’s exactly what the discovery and strategy calls are for. We’ll talk about your goals and what’s getting in the way, then figure out whether 1:1, team, or cohort coaching makes the most sense.
Q: Can you customize the program to my company’s specific goals?
A: Absolutely. The framework comes from 5 Voices, but how we apply it depends entirely on you, your role, and your team’s specific context. Every engagement starts with defining your goals and the dynamics at play.
Fit and Logistics
Q: Who is your ideal client?
A: Leaders at all levels within small to mid-sized organizations. Sometimes it’s a new manager finding their footing, sometimes it’s a senior leader carrying too much, and sometimes it’s a whole team that needs a reset.
Q: Do you only work in certain industries?
A: Not at all. I’ve led in healthcare, government, corporate, and military settings. The challenge looks the same everywhere: unclear priorities, communication breakdowns, and leaders who are stretched too thin.
Q: How soon should we expect to see results?
A: We often see communication shifts and clarity improve within the first 30 days. For lasting progress, consistency is key, which is why team and organization programs are structured over 6–12 months to build habits, not just temporary fixes.
Q: How long does a typical program last?
A: Individual coaching usually runs in focused 90-day cycles. Team and organization programs often stretch 6–12 months for true change. Virtual cohorts typically meet 1–2 times a month on a set schedule.
Q: What’s the time commitment for coaching clients?
A: For 1:1 coaching, plan on 2–4 hours a month. Teams and cohort programs vary, but all sessions are designed to be practical and manageable, not another drain on your calendar.
Q: Do you offer both remote and in-person coaching?
A: Yes. Most coaching is delivered virtually for flexibility. However, I often facilitate in-person workshops and team sessions when the situation calls for a deeper cultural reset or team alignment kick-off.
Q: What does it cost?
A: It depends entirely on the program’s scope and customization. I don’t list rates here because every engagement is tailored. We’ll discuss the investment and scope clearly during our free strategy call so you know exactly what to expect.
